Where Are the Best Concerts In Las Vegas Held?

Are you coming to Las Vegas on vacation and hope to catch some concerts in Las Vegas while you are here? You might be wondering what venues have the best concerts or which are the best places for watching a concert.

Everywhere you turn in Las Vegas there is entertainment going on, but few of the places can hold a world class concert. Here are some of the places which are both where you can catch the best concerts and have the most fun.

The Joint – If you are looking for a place with a more up-close and personal feel, this is the place to go. The Joint only holds 4,000 people, so you will not be overwhelmed with crowds. The Joint is located inside the The Hard Rock Hotel. This is one of the best places to go if you love Rock music. They host both classic and modern rock bands.

The Pearl Concert Theater – Tucked away in the Palms Casino hides one of Las Vegas concert jewels. The Pearl Theater has amazing acoustics and every seat is no farther than 120 feet from the stage. A wide variety of entertainment goes on at the Pearl, but you can expect a big selection of classic rock with artists like Billy Idol, Machine Gun Kelly and Lady Antebellum as examples.

The Smith Center for the Performing Arts – You are right, this is where you go when you want to feel high-class. The The Smith Center is known for the Las Vegas Philharmonic concerts, but do not let that fool you. The Beach Boys, Kris Kristofferson and Gloria Estefan have also called the The Smith Center home for concerts.

T-Mobile Arena – Did you say you wanted to know where the hottest shows in town from the biggest names in the world are playing? Check the upcoming events at the T-Mobile Arena and you will find all of the hottest bands currently on tour are about to make their stop in Las Vegas. The concerts compete for time in T-Mobile with the UFC, the Vegas Golden Knights Hockey team, and many other major events.

The Colosseum – Head over to Caesars Palace and check out the Colosseum. This is another of the top venues for drawing in the top names in music. One week you could be listening to top names from Country Music like Reba McEntire or Brooks & Dunn. The next week could find you listening to Van Morrison, Puddle of Mudd or Marsha Ambrosius. You can enjoy some great food in Caesars Palace, enjoy a few minutes of play and then enjoy some great music.

MGM Grand Garden Arena – We started off with a couple small venues, now it is time to go big, really big. The MGM Grand Garden Arena can hold almost 17,000 people. The arena hosts some of the biggest concerts in the city plus many other events. You might catch a top boxing match, a basketball tournament and then the next night be standing and screaming as Bob Seger, Ozzy Osbourne or Carrie Underwood hits the stage.

House Of Blues – Ready to take it back down a notch to get a little closer and have a great night? The House of Blues in Las Vegas hosts a variety of up and coming artists or catch a night of top-notch acts that could play in any club in Vegas. This is a great place to spend an evening in the restaurant and bar, then slide over for the concert to finish out the day.

Hard Rock Cafe – The Las Vegas Hard Rock Cafe is another great place to enjoy an intimate concert along with great food and drinks. The small venue is a perfect get-away for a date night.

Mandalay Bay Events Center – For our final venue, it is time to go big again. The Mandalay Bay Events Center can hold up to 12,000 music enthusiasts. Top concerts compete with sporting events from the WNBA and UFC. Katie Perry, Weezer, and New Kids on the Block have all called Mandalay Bay home for concerts.

This is our choices for the top concert venues in Las Vegas, but as you can imagine, there are many other great concerts every night. Las Vegas host the greatest music in the world every night.
