As a young boy I was inspired by the music of the big bands and crooners like Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, and many other greats too numerous to mention. But the songwriters, lyricists and composers often became forgotten names, their twinkling lights fading in the distance as the great stars continued to burn brightly in our memories. It is for these forgotten songwriters and music-makers that this website is dedicated and serves as a tribute.
It is my subtle hope that by featuring some of the lesser known lights in the music industry that some of them might gain a bit more exposure and not be forgotten as the true creative geniuses behind the songs we often take for granted.
